|
|
After my recent 3 link nightmare I got and installed a new 4 link truss on the honcho, during the process it seems like one of my rear shocks is leaking shock oil like crazy
Anyway since it's my birthday coming up on the 20th my mrs has been asking what I'd like, think I'll get a set of shocks, so, what's the current favs? I like coil over shock but that's probably because that's all I've ever had.
Any tips would be great, thanks gents! |

I've got Proline Powerstrokes fitted.
Seem to cope admirably. |

| Losi 4 inch crawler shocks. Run them with very little preload and they site just above the height of the normal shock but give you a good 1/2-3/4 of inch of drop. |

I have been hearing very good things about the Pro-line Powerstroke Scalers, but they are not cheap!
Losi 4" shocks also very good.
I would say it depends on what look you are after really?
I'll have your old shocks off you if you want to part with them. |

Those prolines are pretty nice, I'll have to see how I do for my birthday lol
mike sure thing but I'm not sure that one of them on the rear hasn't been damaged in some way after that last roll I had |

Thanks lads,
Having reviewed the shocks I like the proline powerstrokes,
Are the 90-95 mm the correct version? |

The Prolines do get good reviews, silky smooth so i hear!
Thats the ones, they are 90mm out the pack with extra ends to make them 95mm. |
