Hi Paul!
I'm interested too! I have a DX3R and want to put the winch in the 3rd channel. |

have you read every word?

Paul, I'm no expert, but I'm sure that the third channel is made to switch a servo from one direction to another, not power up some lights directly.
To make some lights go on and off, you would need to operate a microswitch ( powering the lights) with a servo arm on a servo.
Or buy a ready made light control unit which plugs into your receiver directly to the aux (3rd) channel.
Hope this helps, Steve |
